Valley Suites Extended Stay Hotel

One of the top best places I have stayed in awhile! Very clean & quiet! John at the front desk office is very hospitable. He is very approachable and greets you with a smile and helping hand!! Need more ppl like him! Thank you!

My name is Judy Aldridge I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and had to come to Augusta for Cancer and Radiation Treatments. I live over an hour away, so I have been staying at Valley Extended Suites while doing my treatments. This has been a very hard journey, but the people at the Suites have been so kind and supportive, from the first day that I arrived the office staff has treated me with such kindness and concern, like we were old friends. When I arrived each time I would laugh and say I'm home. I was so impressed with the rooms just like my own little apartment, everything so neat, clean and organized; so a very special thanku to the cleaning staff. I have trouble with stairs, so I was given a room n the back with a small ramp to walk up. If I needed help with anything, a staff member was there right away. I have made so many new friends at Valley Extended Suites, so I say thank all of you for making me feel so at home thru this journey. I will be telling anyone that needs to stay n Augusta, to stay at Valley Extended Suites and I can even show them photos of the nice rooms. Again thank u guys for everything! Judy Aldridge

As a travel nurse, I am always looking for an affordable, safe and clean place to stay. Valley Suites is all of that and more. Staff is excellent, rooms are functional and it is very convenient to I-81, JMU & EMU. My second assignment here in the valley and was so happy a room was available.

The owner is very kind and informative. Any issues we have has she resolves ASAP. Its tucked back, but in a quiet secure area. No fear for my childrens safety or my own. Very quiet tenets, everyone is respectful and clean. Spacious studio set up, great for lengthy stays or even for a few nights. Room includes full bath, microwave, full size fridge, oven,Dining area, living space as well as bedroom area and bath. Beds are comfy and clean, and they offer weekly housekeeping for all linins and towels. I travel a lot with my husband and by far this has been the best location we have stayed. Especially with such a value in price. Restaurants, shopping centers, and gas stations all within walking distance. Overall wonderful place!

I love it here I've lived here for over a year it is my favorite extended stay I've been to. The lady at the front desk is really cool and understanding when people are having a hard time. Five stars isn't enuf for this motel.

We love this place! It is clean with all the amenities of a small apartment. The people are great. When you compare to some of the other places we saw in the area, the price is an excellent value & the location was perfect for us.

My husband and son stayed there for a baseball trip and they were really impressed with the rooms. Great customer service as well.

What a gem. My son needed a quiet place to take a 4 week Organic Chemistry class and this was such a great find. Pretty clean unit with a big bed, own air temperature control, WiFi, tv, cable, fridge, microwave, stove, full bath, desk, table to eat and even a sleeper sofa. W/D available in another area with complimentary linen wash available by leaving your old linens in a given bag by the door for pick up. Door key card reader is convenient. Near lots of shopping. Not really any issues with the nearby parking. The kitchen had pots silverware, cups and dishes. Cost us about $340 a week or $150 a weekend.We recommend this place!
